Lavertezzo is known Switzerland- and world-wide for its beautiful bridge Ponte dei Salti. Still, the village offers much more so it's worth staying here a bit longer. Next to the bridge you'll find a great spot to sunbathe or take a small swim in the river. If you're into diving this is also the most famous spot for this activity in the valley with an impressive Pozzo dei salti (10m of depth). You can also take a short 10-min walk up the village to Rancone or Sambugaro - very pretty groupings of rustici with great views.
